About the Team
Financial Performance services at CHQ provide financial planning, performance reporting, cost analysis, and decision support to hospital leadership and clinical leads. The team delivers insights into budgets, activity, and resource utilisation, enabling informed decisions that support sustainable healthcare delivery and improved patient outcomes.
About the Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
Manages the senior business partnering support to Divisional and cost centre management on performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, available funding and other financial management issues enhancing financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
Actively participates in regular monthly performance review meetings with Executive Directors and Senior Operational leadership teams to provide insight and analysis of financial and FTE performance and identify key risks and opportunities for improvement.
