Finance Manager, Communities, Research & Trust. Join to apply for the role at Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.

As the Finance Manager, Communities, Research & Trust you will lead the provision of high-quality business partnering to the Communities, Research and Trust divisions on financial and FTE performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support the provision of high quality and financially sustainable healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Manages the senior business partnering support to Divisional and cost centre management on performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, available funding and other financial management issues, enhancing financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
  • Actively participates in regular monthly performance review meetings with Executive Directors and Senior Operational leadership teams to provide insight and analysis of financial and FTE performance and identify key risks and opportunities for improvement.
