Alltronic Security Group is a leading provider of integrated security and smart technology solutions across Queensland. We're growing fast and looking for an ambitious junior marketer to join our team and help elevate our brand across digital platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting entry-level role for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation, and the use of AI in modern digital strategy. You'll be working closely with leadership to help drive campaigns, manage social platforms, and explore how AI tools can enhance our marketing performance. You'll also support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep marketing projects and team operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule engaging social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Assist with newsletters, product launches, and branded campaigns
  • Design marketing assets (flyers, case studies, social posts) using Canva
  • Support website content updates and assist with SEO improvements
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, , Power Automate) for content generation and campaign automation
  • Track basic campaign analytics and prepare performance summaries
  • Assist with events, promotions, and branded merchandise coordination
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate internal communications and scheduling for marketing-related activities
  • Perform general administrative support to the marketing and leadership teams

Skills & Experience

  • Recent or near completion of a Marketing, Communications, or Media qualification
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools and digital automation platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, organised, and ready to grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous work experience or internships in a marketing or admin role (advantageous but not essential)
