Welder / Fabricator

We have opportunities across both Day Shift and Afternoon Shift.

We are looking for operators with fabrication experience. Reporting to the Manufacturing Foreman you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Measuring and cutting of steel products.
• MIG welding of Mild Steel components from 2-12mm both free hand and with the use of jigs as required
• Optional - Aluminium TIG & MIG welding with occasional stainless-steel welding
• Custom manufacturing of components for automotive, trailers and other industries such as Defence
• TIG welding experience a bonus

To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

• Have experience in MIG and/or TIG Welding
• Must have own reliable transport
• Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and self motivated
• Take pride in your work and have a right-first-time attitude
