The Opportunity

The Role:

You'll lead AI-powered initiatives from discovery to delivery, champion best practices, build/ scale high-performing teams, and execute measurable impact for clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven, cloud-native, and secure solutions at scale.
  • Shape the technical vision and guide clients through their shift to AI-First delivery models.
  • Define architectures, run workshops, and set the direction for complex projects.
  • Embed best practices in coding, architecture, and security to raise delivery speed and quality.
  • Coach and upskill teams, making AI-First part of their culture.
  • Drive productivity by combining AI-generated artefacts with rigorous validation.
  • Push boundaries with emerging tools, delivering faster than expectations.

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership in engineering or consulting, with experience in cloud-native, DevOps, and AI-led environments.
  • A strong foundation in software engineering, systems design, and enterprise-scale architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and a passion for prompt engineering.
  • Deep expertise across AWS or Azure, serverless architectures, and container orchestration.
  • Expert in DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, and observability.
  • Experience coaching teams to perform at their best, and enabling clients to adopt new ways of working.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise toolchains (Atlassian, Azure DevOps, GitHub) and platform migrations.
  • A passion for AI in product engineering, with the drive to reinvent how products are built.
  • A mindset that thrives in change, complexity, and ambiguity.
