Description
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Harcourts network across South Australia, with a strong focus on technology engagement and local marketing support. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident with systems, and has a passion for helping others succeed through training, support, and the delivery of practical solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the successful rollout, adoption, and engagement of the Harcourts technology suite – including CRM (VaultRE), websites, intranet, and key business partner platforms – while also contributing to the delivery of local marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a hands-on role that will take you beyond the desk, with regular in-office visits and training sessions (both in-person and online) playing a critical part in building confidence and capability across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for triaging and resolving issues related to the Harcourts tech stack, including CRM, websites, and intranet.
- Coordinate and support the launch of new tech products and platform updates.
- Conduct in-office visits and deliver group and one-on-one training sessions across the state.
- Support the onboarding of new offices through operational induction and system setup.
- Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the National Head of Operations, fellow Business Operations Managers (BOMs) across the country, the state support team, and your local CEO.
Skills And Experiences
About you:
To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Technologically Confident: Display a high level of comfort using technology, coupled with the ability to swiftly grasp new systems and platforms.
- Energetic Producer: Demonstrate an energetic approach to tasks, effectively prioritising your time for optimal productivity.
- Motivated Achiever: Exhibit strong motivation to meet critical deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Highly Organized: Showcase exceptional organisational skills, taking responsibility and accountability for your work.
- Relationship Builder: Feel at ease in building relationships and delivering presentations to groups of people.
- Warm and Approachable: Project warmth and approachability, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
You are:
- Tech-savvy & confident – Comfortable navigating systems, solving technical issues, and training others on new platforms.
- Creative & marketing-minded – Able to support marketing campaigns, understand brand guidelines, and contribute ideas that enhance engagement from our network.
- Energetic & proactive – Motivated to take ownership, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Organised & accountable – You work with structure and clarity, taking pride in delivering consistently high-quality support.
- A strong communicator – Able to build trust and rapport, deliver group training with confidence, and adapt your approach to suit your audience.
- Approachable & solutions-focused – You bring a can-do attitude and enjoy collaborating to find the best outcome.
You'll Bring
- Experience in the real estate industry or in a similar support, marketing, or administration role (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence using technology platforms and tools—intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (VaultRE experience highly regarded) and general marketing processes.
- An understanding of brand compliance and how to effectively support marketing activity at a local level.
- A genuine desire to help others, build relationships, and grow with the role.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, and a professional, polished presentation style.
