Position: Experienced Gardener (Approx. 20 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated gardener to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality horticultural standards and a professional approach to all aspects of garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform garden maintenance to a high standard, including pruning, hedging, edging, and plant care
  • Operate and maintain tools and machinery, including sharpening chainsaws and caring for equipment
  • Safely reverse and handle trailers
  • Work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in professional gardening or horticulture
  • Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and garden care practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Current driver's licence
