About the Role:

We're looking for 2x reliable, hardworking Gardening Assistants to join our growing team. This is a casual role with the potential to become full-time based on performance and alignment with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing, edging, and garden weeding
  • Planting, mulching, and soft landscaping
  • General garden maintenance and clean-ups
  • Supporting team members to deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For:

  • Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Previous gardening or landscaping experience (preferred, not essential)
