As our business continues to grow we are now seeking a reliable and energetic Factory Hand with previous Cabinet Maker experienceto commence at the start of May. Standard hours for this role is 7.00am-3.30pm Monday to Friday and most weeks we are hoping you will be working all these hours. There is also the potential to go Full Time as the business grows.

Bach Commercial is an established manufacturing and design business in Bayswater, who specialise in Whiteboards, Pinboards & Acoustic treatment to a range of customers including architects, schools, universities, offices, hospitals, commercial builders and more.

Manufacturing:

Manufacturing whiteboards and pinboards

Maintaining and repairing machinery

Occasional forklift operation

All Operations

Liaising with Bach office team members 

Prioritizing production according to project requirements

Maintaining quality control and branding

Skills and experience desired:

Previous Cabinet Making skills would be very advantageous.

Exceptional skills and knowledge working with hand tools, power tools, and

machinery, used within the cabinet making industry. 

Great workmanship and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work to deadlines.

High level of work ethic and productivity.

Key focus on increasing and developing production output while maintaining quality.

Forklift license is preferred, or able to be obtained 

Relevant trade qualification i.e. Joinery, Cabinet Making, Shop Fitting etc.
