Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing engaging, compliant assessment tools for brand-new accredited training programs.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content meets industry standards and unit requirements.
  • Crafting compelling storyboards and learning materials that spark curiosity and drive student success.

About You

You're not just a content writer—you're a learning experience designer with a passion for clarity, creativity and impact. You thrive in collaborative environments; love turning complex ideas into engaging content and have a sharp eye for detail ensuring everything you create is polished and purposeful.

Additionally, you can have the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent
  • Experience working with units of competency and/or in an RTO environment.
  • You bring a keen eye for detail—especially when it comes to grammar, spelling, and consistency.
  • You're a strong communicator who works effectively with a variety of stakeholders to bring learning content to life.

Salary Range:

PACCT Level  7 - $95,388 - $108,306  p.a. (pro rata) + Superannuation
