Swan Transit is actively seeking a qualified Air-Conditioning Technician to join our workshop team at Karrinyup Depot on a full-time basis (5 days a week), offering an excellent work-life balance.

In this role, you will take charge of installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air-conditioning systems. You'll diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring all work meets the high service standards of the Public Transport Industry. Role & Responsibility:

• Apply relevant diagnostic skills and expertise in root cause analysis.
• Hold a valid Refrigeration Handling License.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Operate confidently in extreme conditions and under pressure.
• Perform fault finding, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of air-conditioning systems.
• Demonstrate clear and competent communication skills.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Work safely in confined spaces when required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination and National Police Clearance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A recognised Australian Qualification - Certificate lll refrigeration and Air Conditioning with demonstrate hands-on experience.
• Must hold ARC Refrigerant Handling License.
• A minimum of a Heavy Rigid (HR) class driver's licence or higher.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance.
