Vanilla Blue is an award-winning corporate caterer, providing nourishing meals to clients across Sydney. We have a dynamic operations team that takes pride in its high standards of quality, great teamwork, and getting things done.

We're looking for a Packing Assistant who's active, organised, and likes to keep busy. You take pride in doing things right, and help the team stay on top of every order.

Position: Packing Assistant - Permanent Part-time

Pay: $28.50 per hour + Super

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 11:00am (no weekends)

Location: Artarmon. Easy access to public transport, limited street parking

  • Wrap, label and pack fresh catering items for delivery
  • Check orders are correct, complete and beautifully presented
  • Keep your station clean, organised and efficient
  • Communicate with Kitchen and Dispatch teams to hit deadlines
  • Bring a positive, team-player energy — and a smile
