About the Role
We're seeking a Part-Time Community Transport Driver (minimum 10 hours per week) to join our friendly and dedicated Transport Team. You'll provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transport services to clients across the North Brisbane area, helping them stay active and connected within their community.
This role offers weekday work (Monday to Friday) between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, with hours varying depending on daily schedules and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a range of vehicles including buses, vans, and sedans
- Deliver door-through-door transport services with a strong focus on client care
- Plan and review daily transport schedules
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to all clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Our transport program includes day trips, group shopping outings, and individual appointment transport — plus our unique "home on request" service that gives clients the flexibility to return home when they choose.
About You
You're a reliable and caring person who enjoys engaging with people and contributing to the community. You can work independently, adapt to changing schedules, and bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to your day.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Current Light Rigid (minimum) Driver's Licence
- Driver's Authorisation (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience driving vans or buses (highly regarded)
- Current National Police Check, First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)
