Connections Plus Australia is a dedicated not-for-profit organisation focused on providing high-quality support and services to individuals with disabilities.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will build on strong foundations to lead our team, strengthen our service delivery, commercial management, financial performance and strategic development to ensure high quality outcomes for our clients and their families.
Located in picturesque Merimbula on the far south coast of NSW, this position provides a perfect balance of career and lifestyle opportunities, 4 days per week, 24 days annual leave, easy connection to beaches and land-based activities. The area also includes multiple schools, new hospital, many restaurants, cafes and daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and strategic leader, with significant experience in the disability support sector, a focus on strengthening the organisation and relationships, to maximising impact to our clients.
