The Opportunity
We're searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Schofields team with heart and purpose. This is more than a leadership role — it's an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of something special.

What You'll Do
-Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
-Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.
-Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
-Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
-Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.

What We're Looking For
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director position. 
-Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
-Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
-A natural people leader — confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
