Part-time Permanent position, based in Young.

Our core business is to deliver on the Employment Services contract.  Each outcome is connected to an individual who has started a new chapter through securing employment.

Skills

  • The ability to engage with people to assist them overcome barriers to employment.
  • Be able to adapt to varying situations and take a creative approach when dealing with individuals.
  • Must have excellent administration skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Work autonomously as part of a wider team.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence.
