Role Purpose:

Lead Ecosafe International's commercial growth across Projects (technical consulting), Contracts (recurring services) and our Equipment & Chemicals line. You'll blend deep technical credibility in water, environment and health with high-performance sales leadership to build, coach and scale a team that consistently converts complex client challenges into sustainable outcomes.

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (interim), with a dotted line to the CEO and a clear succession path to a future Chief Revenue Officer role for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Own the annual sales target; design segmented GTM; drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy and deal governance with the Contracts and Projects Directors.

  • Team Leadership & Capability – Recruit, onboard and develop Product Specialists; run coaching huddles, shadow client calls and celebrate progress; embed sales excellence.

  • Market & Partner Development – Build trusted C‑suite relationships in priority accounts; establish channel and alliance partnerships; represent Ecosafe at industry forums, conferences and compliance panels.

  • Commercial Governance & Reporting – Enforce CRM discipline and data‑driven dashboards; own pricing and standard consulting rates; lead bid cost‑builds; manage contract terms and emerging risks with Finance and Legal to protect margin.

  • Innovation & Expansion – Champion differentiated value propositions, ROI models and compliance‑ready proposals; ensure tenders, scopes and contracts align to standards; funnel market intelligence to product/R&D evaluate regional and international growth plays. Feed market intelligence into R&D / product roadmaps, assess options that accelerate regional and international growth.

About You:

  • Fully aligned with Ecosafe's purpose, values and pillars.

  • Strategic leader who sets a compelling commercial vision and translates it into operating plans.

  • Operational excellence in process, CRM, data and forecast governance; confident with pipeline and margin analytics and pricing models.

  • Executive communicator & negotiator with boards, regulators and enterprise buyers.

  • Experience: 10+ years in technical B2B sales in water, environmental health or adjacent process industries; success across services and equipment; >A$20m quota ownership.

  • Commercial mastery across tendering/proposals, contract negotiation, commercial risk management and P&L levers
