We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to plant and equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance, and providing technical support to improve processes. Working within a continuous improvement environment, you'll play a key part in optimising our manufacturing operations and ensuring equipment reliability.


Primary Accountabilities:

  • Install and maintain electrical equipment compliant with OH&S regulations.
  • Utilise advanced PLC equipment for fault finding.
  • Analyse and improve plant processes for optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain computer-driven control systems.
  • Assist Team Leaders in enhancing the Preventative Maintenance System.
  • Innovate solutions for best practice manufacturing processes.
  • Build rapport with operators to resolve technical issues.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers effectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Essential: 'A' Class Electrical Workers Licence, strong diagnostic skills, PLC experience.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Windows proficiency, formal qualifications in Fluid Power and Industrial Electronics, EWP and Forklift licences.
