This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Officer/Leasing Consultant to join our successful and growing Property Management team. This role is based in our Denham Court office and you will be required to travel between various properties.
This role will see you doing the following tasks:
- Handle rental enquiries via email and phone.
- Assist with processing tenancy applications and conduct relevant tenant checks.
- Conduct 'open home' inspections, also on Saturday's if required.
- Assist with preparing reports.
- Complete detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
- General support to the property management team
- Admin support, entering files and preparation of leases.
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following;
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Experience in a similar position, ideally within the real estate/property industry highly regarded but not necessary.
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills.
- Demonstrate advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
- Sound communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be professionally and immaculately presented.
- The ability to work within a team, take instructions and work unsupervised.
- Superior customer service skills
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role.
- Passionate about real estate and presenting rental properties.
