• y:Making a significant contribution to the activities of the Responsible Investment team and supporting the Responsible Investment strategy and work progr
• amInitiating investment research on ESG issues to support the investment progra
• m.Providing ESG input into the research and due diligence of investment opportunities, investment managers and product
• s.Making a key contribution to new manager due diligence and regular reviews of existing investment managers with emphasis on ESG integratio
• n.Assisting with the implementation and operation of any ESG related systems or softwa
• reMaking a key contribution to the Stewardship program, including identifying priority focus areas for the progr
• amUndertaking research and analysis at a sophisticated level as required for the Sustainable Balanced Option investment strateg
• y.Completing ESG related surveys and interactions. Actively working to improve responses to achieve strong industry ratings and assessment
• s.Contributing to the completion of Papers and presentations for Board, IC and Research Meetings on ESG related issue
• s.Contributing to meeting regulatory obligations, eg Modern Slavery, climate reporting and ESG related regulatory requirements as they aris
