About the Role

Seeking a Contract Administrator responsible for the overall project delivery process from pre-construction to completion. Administrating project health level, cost control, progress claims, procurement management, design development, quality assurance and compliance. Attending site meetings and inspections to gather true engagement of project status. You will have access to industry leading data base, exceptional site team support, and the latest and best office equipment to assist you with daily tasks.

What you need to Succeed

·Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management/Project Management is a must

·2 years of industry experience in a similar role before. Graduates is also being considered.

·Strong communication skills in liaising with builders/consultants/suppliers/subcontractors.·Exposure to Hammertech, Procore, Aconex, and other financial control platforms.

·Self-driven, critical thinking and ability to prioritize and manage client expectations.

·Mandarin language skill is a plus

·Attention to detail,Commercial acumen, multitasking, Al technology user.
