We're looking for a driven and focused Yardperson to provide administrative support within operations, at our Finished Vehicle Logistics branch at Mt St John QLD.
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet presentation standards and are ready for customer delivery or transportation.
• Preparing and staging vehicles for drivers both local and interstate
• Inspect incoming vehicles for any pre-existing damage and record findings
• Scan vehicles into our system to track and update their exact location
• Travel across to our other compounds/worksites as required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

Our ideal candidate is someone looking to gain broader experience within transport operations, whilst providing valuable "hands on" support in a fast paced setting. You should also have:

• A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Be proficient in operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Forklift licence desired, however not essential.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
