Your opportunity

This position is a Key Finance Business Partner, for the ANZ business, working alongside with the SEAO team and ANZ stakeholders, to manage and expand network and sales in Australia and New Zealand.

This position work with SSC to ensure the timely and accurate execution of the monthly reporting and is responsible for the Forecasting and Analysis for the ANZ business.

How you will contribute

• timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation
• analyse and share all monthly reporting packages for review with APAC team
• up with Store Planning; ensure all committed capex are well recorded and aligned with approved capex.
• monthly spending reports to Department Heads for monitoring and tracking of spend versus Budget / Forecasts
• with SSC for compliance to auditors, tax consultants, bankers and government agencies; reviewing schedules and to ensure timely submission of statutory reporting requirements.
• for Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) reporting and filing
• for the timely submission for budget and forecasts for ANZ entities and the reporting package to APAC
• management and control
• financial planning and analysis that drives business growth, including Budgetting and Forecasting, inventory planning and KPI analysis, to support Australia and New Zealand growing business
• with Retail team in Australia, to guide and support business plans, projects roll out in stores
• closely with Inventory Control on transversal topics including stock takes, inventory management and internal controls
• document and improve business processes to all compliance and regulations are met within the group policy

Who you are

• graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines
• accountant
• 10 years working experience, preferably in luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years solid management experience to monitor Australia and New Zealand finance and business
• or Internal Control experience preferred but not a must
• strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• strong analytical mind and good business sense
