About the Role

We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Horsley Park, NSW.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader. You will support efficient production by ensuring the safe movement, staging, and reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods, contributing directly to smooth operations and accurate inventory control.

Day Shift Only - 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Roster cycle: 2 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 3 days off Ideal for those who prefer consistent daytime work and structured time off. Night Shift Only - 12-hour shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Roster cycle: 2 nights on - 2 nights off - 2 nights on - 2 nights off - 3 nights on - 3 nights off Perfect for those seeking stable night work, with extended breaks built into the roster. Rotating Day/Night Shifts - Fortnightly rotation between days and nights - Roster cycle: 2 shifts on - 2 shifts off - 2 shifts on - 2 shifts off - 3 shifts on - 3 shifts off Well suited for candidates who enjoy variation, and a diverse work environment. Each option provides long breaks, predictable scheduling, and generous work-life balance across the fortnight.
