About the Role:
As a Senior Intensive Case Management Officer, you will:
- Provide individualised case management to a small caseload of high-needs job seekers
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex barriers to employment.
- Forge meaningful relationships with service providers, Indigenous organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Implement strategies that promote job readiness and align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Personalised Support
Work directly with individuals facing significant challenges to create tailored plans that address their unique needs.
Help stabilise crises and guide job seekers toward employment readiness.
Build Strong Partnerships
Collaborate with local stakeholders to provide a network of support for clients.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders to create new employment opportunities.
Ensure Compliance
Stay up to date with CDP guidelines and policies, ensuring all work meets contractual requirements.
Follow organisational protocols to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Report Progress
Prepare and submit regular updates to the Regional Manager about case management activities and outcomes.
Use data and feedback to improve strategies and processes.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate IV in Employment, Social Work, Community Services, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work with individuals facing challenges such as disability, substance dependency, or homelessness.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counseling skills.
- Experience working with Indigenous Australians and rural communities.
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
Other Requirements:
- A current C-Class driver's license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- A National Police Certificate or wilingness to obtain
