TRAILER MECHANIC - BDS BRISBANE

We currently have permanent positions available for Trailer Mechanics in Brisbane. This is a full-time position and a perfect opportunity to join a large, secure, reputable company.

The successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • Diagnostic experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience on trucks and trailers
  • Strong fault finding skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Truck license preferred
  • Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous

Your duties will include:

  • Trailer diagnostics & repair, major and minor rebuilds
  • General Repairs/maintenance works on trailers
  • Checking lighting systems
  • Test driving vehicles to gauge performance
  • Maintaining detailed records of serviced trailers
  • Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist
