Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee key contracts and development projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budget and schedule management.
  • Manage tendering processes and prepare preliminary costings.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Oversee resources to maximise efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

What you'll need To Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or property development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
