Senior Civil Engineer or Senior 12d Designer

Michael Bale & Associates are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer or Senior 12d Designer in a leadership role, to manage projects and civil team delivery, whilst being supported by senior engineers and management. This is an opportunity to lead projects, in a supportive and rewarding team environment, working on a diverse range of project types at all stages of delivery.

We're looking for a motivated employee to join our team at our Surfers Paradise office.

Working on:

Public parklands like Greenheart Stage 1 Robina, Dixon Reserve Parklands, Firth Park Detailed masterplan, Burleigh headland recreation project (John Laws & Rudd Parks redevelopment).

Residential subdivisions in Northern NSW to Mackay. From DA concept stage to detailed design packages for OPW, for a wide variety of project sizes, including staged master planned residential subdivision projects.

Some of the biggest towers for clients like Aria Property, Gurner, and Project Sunlight (8 stage tower project at Gold Coast Turf Club).

Industrial subdivisions between Burleigh and Brisbane.

Public Infrastructure, road upgrades, public utilities and Government projects.

Working on all project phases from concept stage, DA, detailed design and construction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced civil engineer in land development projects is required.
• Experience in 12d Model software required if applying for designer role.
• If applying for Senior Engineer role, currently have RPEQ qualification or working towards RPEQ status highly regarded.
