THE OPPORTUNITY
Edgewater Dining offers waterfront dining at its finest, in the heart of the Gold Coast dining scene. Our produce-driven menu offers a modern take on casual fine dining, and paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list, we're one of the Gold Coast's most favoured dining destinations.
We're currently looking for a Senior Waiter to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests by:
Delivering attentive, polished service with a personal touch
Accurately taking orders and confidently describing menu items and specials
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless and timely service of food and drinks
Handling guest enquiries and payments with professionalism
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the restaurant
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a premium restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- A team player with a positive, professional demeanour
- Current RSA
- Flexibility to work across our trading hours including weekdays, weekends, nights and public holidays
