Join Our Team: Periodical Cleaner – Night & Weekend Shift

Iconic Property Services is currently seeking experienced Periodical Cleaners to join our growing team across Perth.

We are looking for reliable, motivated and detail-focused cleaners who are available for night work and weekend shifts. If you take pride in high standards and enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of periodic cleanliness across designated areas, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Duties Include:

  • Demonstrated experience in periodical or commercial cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and strip and seal works.
  • Use cleaning equipment (e.g., scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers, vacuums) safely and in line with manufacturer instructions and company policies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Report and escalate maintenance issues, hazards or required repairs promptly.
  • Comply with workplace health & safety (WHS) procedures, correct chemical handling/storage and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records or logs of work completed and materials used, as required.
  • Be flexible to work at varying times (including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends) depending on schedule and client requirements.

  • Previous periodical cleaning experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Reliable transport
  • Basic smartphone skills and app navigation
  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
