The Principal Program Officer will work with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders to co-ordinate the reporting of the status and performance of multiple programs related to the social led capital delivery program.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the recording, monitoring and maintaining project and program data and records for the delivery of social led government home.

• Supporting partnering and relationship building with a diverse range of internal and external business partners, stakeholders and clients to source diverse information required to provide accurate and timely financial and capital delivery program.

• Undertake continuous improvement initiatives and analysis designed to monitor divisional financial performance and governance. 

• Coordinate and participate in the responses to information requests from a range of stakeholders (including ministerial and other areas of the department).

• Coordinate and participate in the management of complex strategy, performance and delivery programming functions, in collaboration with other business areas and senior officers across the department and other agencies.

• Prepare complex reports, submissions, briefs, and correspondence in relation to governance and managing of the delivery of social led government home. 

• Support innovation and continuous improvement in program management strategy, policy and practice the communications and engagement information and reporting on it as required.

• Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
