The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that enhance the client's brand, drive engagement throughout the property development journey, and deliver measurable results for the marketing team.

This leadership position is perfect for a seasoned marketer with extensive experience in agency management - ideally within property or real estate - who can motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing team.

Collaborating closely with departmental leaders, the Senior Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing initiatives are fully aligned with business growth objectives, sales goals, and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for corporate and project initiatives, aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Drive campaigns across digital, traditional, and content channels to generate leads, increase engagement, and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain a strong, consistent, and relevant brand across all channels.
  • Oversee creative direction for marketing materials, digital platforms, and campaigns.
  • Ensure content engages target audiences and supports project sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Promote cross-departmental alignment with sales, project teams, and business goals.
  • Support professional development and monitor team performance for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns deliver results and support revenue targets.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager, with a background in property development (mandatory) and marketing agencies servicing property clients (highly desirable)
  • Formal qualifications in marketing, communications
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation, with the ability to adapt strategies to suit the property development market.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a property development context.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and external vendors.
  • A creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to innovate and stay ahead of trends in the property marketing space.
