We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Ancillary Operators to join our team at BMA Mine Sites across Central Queensland, including: Saraji, Peak Downs, Goonyella and Caval Ridge. You'll be operating a range of heavy equipment including Excavators, Shovels, Dozers, and Graders, contributing to safe and efficient production outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience operating Excavators, Shovels, Dozers, and/or Graders in a open cut mining environment
  • A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and relevant RII competencies (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team
