As our Retail Assistant in our new and soon to open Macquarie Centre location, you will play an essential role in the by charlotte experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer the highest standard of service by following the By Charlotte selling expectations to deliver an educational, engaging and inspiring client experience
  • Establish genuine and meaningful connections with the By Charlotte customer base to foster great sales and an increased customer lifetime value
  • Foster a customer-first sales culture by prioritising service over tasking at all times
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge by consistently driving your own engagement and understanding of seasonal and core jewellery ranges in-store
  • Understand layering, curation and complementary jewellery styles and utilise this product knowledge to increase sales and KPI outcomes.
  • Contribute to the operational success of the store by supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in operational tasks as required and directed
  • Communicate effectively, honestly and professionally at all times
  • Comply with By Charlotte Policies, Procedures and Communication expectations and always prioritise OH&S, flagging any safety risks with the Boutique Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
