Are you a skilled carpenter with a knack for organisation and a passion for leadership? CAD Constructions, a premier carpentry & Maintenance business, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a diverse skill set, ranging from maintenance work to residential renovations, who is ready to take on a leadership role within a thriving company.

About the Role:

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring the highest quality of work across various sites. Your role will involve supervising a talented team of carpenters and tradespeople, coordinating tasks, scheduling sub-contractors and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

You will be provided with a work vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop to ensure you are set up to successfully complete your role. 

Key Responsibilities:


•       Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks, residential renovations, and custom carpentry projects.

•       Manage and support a team of carpenters, ensuring quality and efficiency.

•       Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.

•       Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.

•       Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

•       Troubleshoot any on-site issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

About You:


•       Experience: Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in maintenance and residential renovations.

•       Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a background in managing teams.

•       Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of construction best practices, safety regulations, and project management.

•       Problem-Solving Ability: Able to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
