Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented customer service focused, sales driven stylist to join our team. As a Bridal Stylist, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and help them find the perfect wedding ensemble, from gown to accessories. You will provide expert guidance, personalised styling advice, and exceptional customer service to ensure each client feels confident and beautiful as they prepare to say "I do."
The position will start as a minimum 2-3 days per week with option to become a 4-5 day permanent role for the right candidate.

- Has a flair for fashion and loves the art of styling.
'THE JOB'
- Consult with brides-to-be in one on one appointments to understand their style preferences, wedding vision, and budget constraints with exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns, veils, jewellery, and other accessories that complement their individual tastes and flatter their body types.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback during gown fittings, offering potential options based on customer requests.
- Coordinate and schedule with clients to ensure timely and accurate appointments.
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends, designers, and fashion industry developments.
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment, including organising inventory and displays.
- Foster strong and genuine relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up communication.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve collective goals.
- Achieve personal sales targets.
- You will also be required to perform general retail tasks, such as steam ironing dresses, stocktaking and general cleaning.

- You are meticulous with an impeccable attention to detail
- You must be a people person with a great attitude; Our customers expect a great experience, so a patience, professionalism and a positive attitude is essential
- You have a passion for fashion.
- You have experience in a premium retail environment (luxury or bridal experience is a plus)
- You have a passion for helping people
- You are results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success.
- You are enthusiastic and a team player.
- You are able to multi-task and work efficiently.
- You are able to take direction, advice and feedback.
- You are able to work Saturdays and Evenings as a must.
'Things we will consider an advantage'
- Previous Customer Service roles.
- Previous bridal experience.
- Previous experience offering personalised service (wedding planning, events planning, hotel management)
- Proven success with store budgets and KPI's
- Social media experience
