They're now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects valued up to $40M, joining a collaborative and transparent team that embraces the latest systems and technology.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll take ownership of planning, procurement, subcontractor management, safety, and cost control. You'll act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • A construction-related degree
  • Proven experience delivering commercial building projects such as education, aged care, and retail construction
  • A background / experience in contract administration
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Cheops (highly desirable)
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and building strong relationships
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions

You'll be driven to grow and succeed, with direct support and mentorship from a seasoned Director who leads the construction team.
