Key Responsibilities

  • Receipting and dispatching goods.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Picking & packing a diverse inventory of stock.
  • Data entry.
  • Assisting all departments in preparation for upcoming scheduled jobs.
  • Liaising with tradesmen regarding required stock for jobs and stock tracking.
  • Undertake stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Coordinating with suppliers regarding purchase orders, returns and faulty items.
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Maintaining the security of the warehouse.
  • Delivering stock to site.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A current manual driver's licence.
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks and be physically fit.
  • Experience loading and unloading vehicles, picking, packaging and dispatching goods.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Be organised, reliable and a proactive self-starter with a positive work ethic.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A good phone manner.
  • Knowledge of RF scanning systems.
  • Able to work autonomously, be sociable and engaging.
  • Adhere to health, safety and quality requirements.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Electrical or construction experience and a forklift licence will be an advantage. A WA Police clearance and a manual driver's license will be required.

This position is available for immediate start.
