Allcar Towing Group is a proudly family-owned business with depots in Dandenong, Keysborough, Oakleigh, Somerville, Rosebud, Officer, Cowes and Wonthaggi. We provide accident, trade, and insurance towing services across Melbourne. With a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Junior Receptionist to join us

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and making calls
Managing and responding to emails
Data entry and maintaining records
Taking job bookings and coordinating schedules
Collecting, sorting, and processing correspondence
Handling customer payments
Liaising with insurance companies
General filing and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and eager-to-learn attitude
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel knowledge is a bonus)
