What We're Looking For

We seek applications from talented individuals with:

  • Retail Experience: Relevant pool, spa and equipment familiarity and pool water testing experience is ideal for this position.  Enthusiastic and motivated personalities who are mobile, fit, physically capable and ready to start a new role.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, assist with information flow and corrective actions, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Self Motivated: A positive co-operative fix-it attitude, capability to learn the job and capacity to work hard, including product lifting an absolute must.
  • Team Member: You should be able to communicate well within the retail and office environment.  Ability to work well within a team of Retail staff, Service Technicians, Managers and other administration staff.  We strongly encourage a healthy happy work environment.
  • Mental Fitness: Fit mindset, agile approach and ready to deal with the everyday work environment, good sense of humour and ability to role with the jobs and workload.

What You'll Do

  • Attend to customers in a retail environment, perform water chemistry testing and provide remedial actions.
  • Provide advice on treating problem pools within established business procedures.
  • Understanding and selling our product range to customers.
  • Learning our selection of equipment and how they operate.
  • Understand our range of products and chemicals and provide solutions for customers with problem pools.
  • Assisting customers to solve pool problems within company protocols.
  • Operating our POS system and taking payments via EFTPOS and cash.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases. Manual handling and heavy lifting of product is required at times.
