At SLCN Therapy, we're dedicated to empowering children and young people with disabilities to thrive. We're seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Derrimut, Victoria. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals including a behaviour therapist, developmental educator, and supportive admin staff.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Speech Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping children reach their full potential by:

  • Conducting standardised assessments and developing individualised therapy plans
  • Supporting children with developmental delays and autism spectrum conditions
  • Delivering therapy in clinic, home, school, and online settings
  • Coaching parents and caregivers to embed therapy into daily routines
  • Collaborating with families to set meaningful, functional goals
  • Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements
  • Promoting inclusion and participation in community life
  • Working closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Experience in paediatric assessments and therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Required checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence
