This is a casual opportunity for a trainer and assessor to join our InterCare team.

Seeking a trainer and assessor for the delivery of CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support at our Springwood office.

This is a casual role with regular and consistent 2 day per week teaching. Evening classes negotiable with some Saturday's required.

Full Job Description

We seek passionate trainers to join our team casually. The successful applicant will be energetic and committed to quality delivery and student outcomes, emphasising customer service. You will have sound industry knowledge, experience and vocational currency.

To be successful in this role you will possess a high level of organisational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment. You are organised and have great time management and attention to detail.

  • Facilitate class, group or individual training catering to a range of learners
  • Valid drivers license & reliable car
  • Maintain and ensure a high standard of student support
  • Ensure quality and compliance in all delivery

Selection Criteria:

• Suitable industry-related vocational qualification/s with current industry experience

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122

• Ability to obtain clean Police Check, Working with Children's Check & NDIS checks

• Contactable references

Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support as their industry-related vocational qualification.

A minimum of 1 year of current individual support industry experience is required.
