**KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet members and welcome them to the studio
- Assist with member check-in and introducing them to their flexologist
- Have a thorough understanding of the brand, the Stretching techniques and the StretchLab policies and safety rules
- General cleaning of the studio including the studio, bathrooms and toilets
- General studio upkeep duties including washing and folding towels, cleaning of any benches and equipment so that is is available for client use at any given time
- Administer sales calls
- Implement, assist and/or manage grassroots marketing initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of the studio management and booking system
- Managing prospects and members through ClubReady SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Must present for work well groomed
- Must wear 1 StretchLab branded item of clothing to each shift
- A love of the boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills that exudes empathy

Required Experience: Preferred sales experience with a willingness to learn.

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and strong negotiation abilities.

Performance Goals: Aim to sell 10 memberships per month.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.23 - $38.27 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
