What you will be doing

As the Field Supervisor you will be the driving force behind our on-site success, leading crews, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. From remote fieldwork to stakeholder engagement, you'll be at the heart of Australia's fibre infrastructure evolution. Your day will include –

  • Leading and mentoring internal crews and subcontractors
  • Overseeing project delivery, safety and quality assurance
  • Managing schedules, resources and reporting
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Scoping and assisting with the design of civil fibre projects

What you will bring

  • Sound leadership and experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of NBN / Telstra fibre networks and civil construction standards
  • Experience with trenching, boring and ploughing techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote areas on a roster basis
  • Current drivers licence and Construction White Card
