Position Overview:
As a Receptionist at GP UltraHub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with patient registrations, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area
- Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
