The Reset Sanctuary is the Sunshine Coast's premier recovery and wellness hub — offering ice bath contrast therapy, infrared & barrel saunas, compression-boot lounge, co-working space, and community-driven events.

We help people go from burnt out to better — physically and mentally — in under an hour.

We're growing fast and are looking for a passionate, energetic, and community-minded team member to join us.

About the Role

As part of our team, you'll be the welcoming face of The Reset Sanctuary. You'll create a warm, supportive environment for our members while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and supporting members and guests
  • Guiding clients through recovery sessions (ice baths, saunas, compression boots)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing environment
  • Supporting events and workshops
  • Assisting with general day-to-day operations

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about health, wellness, and community
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Available to work weekends (essential)
  • Flexible to cover additional shifts when needed
