Are you an EN or RN with Micro-Suction experience looking for flexible, rewarding contractor work?

We are seeking dedicated and skilled nurses to join our team in delivering high-quality ear health services across aged care facilities.

About the Role

This is a contractor role remunerated on a per-patient basis, with earning potential of up to $1000 per day (equivalent to $100/hr). While some flexibility is available, specific days will be required. This is a fantastic opportunity to generate additional income while maintaining your existing employment.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an EN or RN
  • Qualifications and hands-on experience in Micro-Suctioning
  • A valid ABN
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance covering Micro-Suction procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other Requirements

  • Candidate must have their own Micro-Suction equipment (machine).
  • Additional equipment costs will be covered by the company.
  • For the right candidate, we may arrange a loan to purchase equipment, repayable via instalments as a percentage of service payments.
  • A non-compete agreement will be required.
