CQUniversity is looking for a passionate and motivated Gym Coordinator to lead the operations and programming of the CQU Gym. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love promoting health and wellbeing, and enjoy working with a close-knit team, this role is your chance to shine.
As Gym Coordinator, you'll take the lead on developing vibrant fitness programs, supervising a small team of trainers, managing facility bookings, and ensuring our members have a safe, energising, and inclusive experience.

- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate.

- Ability to interact effectively with members, address concerns and promote a positive gym experience. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
