About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Team Leaderjoining our Business Performance & Support team in Leederville. You'll lead a team delivering business improvement initiatives working with our key stakeholders to co-design and implement solutions for key problems.

What the role will involve
- Leading and developing a team that consistently delivers improvement outcomes ensuring initiatives are prioritised and team workload and resourcing is managed effectively
- Problem definition and scoping of project briefs
- Developing implementation plans to support project delivery including the change management approach and plan
- Contributing to the development, execution and monitoring of performance measures and the achievement of business objectives
- Leading discussions with senior stakeholders in the business to get buy-in on recommended actions, insights, and a pathway forward.
- Work collaboratively with improvement teams across the business to align tools, frameworks and share key learnings
About you
You'll have a background in driving change, with experience leading and implementing organisation-wide improvement initiatives. A solid understanding of performance improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC, complemented by advanced skills in workshop design and facilitation will ensure success in this role. Your ability to collaborate and influence senior management and key stakeholders, along with knowledge of project management approaches and lifecycle planning will be essential.
