As our new
Product Designer (UX/UI)
you will be instrumental in delivering a compelling end to end user experience from discovery and research through to polished UI and delivery.

You are an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) who genuinely loves what you do with experience in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role will suit those who are tech savvy, possess exceptional UX and UI design skills and have a solid understanding of working in an agile environment.

Some flexibility with hours to accommodate time zones and work alongside other designers and developers onshore and offshore is required in this role.

You Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user experiences that make complex risk workflows simple and engaging
  • Supporting and evolving our design system while contributing to accessibility uplift across the platform
  • Applying UX methods such as personas, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform decisions
  • Exploring how AI can enhance our internal design practice and be embedded into the ERM product
  • Facilitating design-thinking workshops (ideation, design reviews, progress updates) to align stakeholders and generate solutions
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers in multi-time zone squads
  • Bringing strong UX and UI craft to a collaborative, agile environment

You'll be a great fit if you can show:

  • 3–5 years' experience in UX/UI or Product Design
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile
  • Proficiency in Figma (including prototyping) and familiarity with design systems
  • Solid grasp of UX methods: user flows, personas, journey mapping, usability testing
  • Experience in agile, product-led environments
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS environment
  • Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
  • You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
  • You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too
